New Insurance Chief Attemps to Expand Wind Pool

According to a Post and Courier report, new Insurance Chief Scott Richardson, will be temporarily expanding the wind pool. He will also be introducing a legislative package that he claims will help reduce the burden of insurance payments to coastal residents.
